Travel Agents Add Value and Reduce Stress

Let us handle the details, so you can relax and enjoy!

Hi! I’m Vicki Huffman, and I’m a self-proclaimed travel addict! I am also somewhat OCD about details. This is an incredible combination for less stressful travel.

I recently retired and travel is my obsession turned career. I absolutely LOVE to cruise, but I’m also a history nut and love exploring new cultures. I also love planning group travel. The ‘more the merrier’ is my motto!

I can help you plan a memorable trip whether by land or sea on any budget. So, let’s connect and start planning your next getaway!

003 What to Expect on Your First Cruise: Part 3 – The Cost of Cruising

Cruising is a somewhat all-inclusive environment. Of course, you can always choose to add beverages, specialty dining, and wi-fi, or do shopping onboard which will all cost extra. Cruising has a language all its own. Knowing what things mean will make things easier. I’ll start with a few terms I used in Part 1 of What to Expect on Your First Cruise.

001 What to Expect on Your First Cruise: Part 1 – Embarkation Day

If your vacations have been mostly of the land-based variety, you may not know what to expect when you finally take the plunge into cruising. Although a lot of things will be the same, there are several major differences you’ll be glad you knew about in advance.

Mediterranean Cruise – Sun Princess

Jenny D

We just got back from a Mediterranean Cruise on the fabulous Sun Princess! Cruises by Vicki went above and beyond to make sure we were prepared to travel in foreign countries, find reliable transportation in those countries, and deal with customs on our return. We were even provided with a list of apps to download in order to make foreign travel easier. Vicki is such a gem, her organization and communication cannot be topped. We will definitely be booking future travel with Cruises by Vicki.

Caribbean Cruise – Royal Caribbean

Nicole L

Traveler

We just came back from a Royal Caribbean cruise booked by Vicki! Highly recommend! She will help you get the best deals for your budget and has plenty of travel tips to make your vacation planning as easy as possible! We met some other first time cruisers on board who did not have a good experience with an agent or tried to plan on their own. They were not pleased so we passed on Vicki’s information to others for the next cruise.

Baby Shower Visit – Raleigh, NC

Kalen H

Traveler

Not sure if you did it on purpose or if it’s just lucky happenstance, but you are the best travel agent ever! The hotel room is huge, it’s a lovely short walk thru the woods to a shopping center down the hill that has a board game store, a woodworking supply, and a delicious coffee shop.
Mother/Daughter Cruise – Norwegian Cruise Lines

Barb S

Traveler

Traveling with someone with physical challenges is never easy. Vicki worked to rent me a motorized scooter and made sure I was able to do as much as possible while on the cruise. Navigating narrow corridors and crowded venues can be frustrating but Vicki did it all with a smile.

What are you waiting for?

It’s never to early to plan your next getaway!
